Q: I don't live in the United States, can I use the WEB900 number?
A: No. Currently 900 numbers are only available inside the United States. You can signup for a membership with your credit card, or you can apply by mail by sending an international money order.
Q: I love this site and I want to stay a member, will my membership be automatically renewed?
A: No. The phone company will not allow us to renew WEB900 memberships. When your membership runs out you will have to call again to activate a new membership.
Q: I called the 900 number and received a PIN Code. How do I redeem it for a UserName/Password?
A: Go back to the WEB900 signup page and follow the link at "Step 3" which will take you to the redemption page.
Q: My Password doesn't work what is wrong?
A: Most password problems are the result of them being typed incorrectly. Remember that they are "case sensitive", "GAMES" "Games" and "games" are all different passwords. Many people signup using ALL CAPS without realizing it and have problems when they enter their password in lower case. Make sure you are entering your username and password eXactLy as you originally submitted them.
Q: I am sure I am entering my password correctly and it still doesn't work what do I do now?

Q: I can't remember my password what do I do?
A: This may help you remember: Your UserName is your email address you signed up with, and your password is something you selected. If you still can't remember email us and we will look it up for you. We will need the email address you signed up with or your PIN Code and the approximate date you signed up in order to look up your account. CLICK HERE to have us look up your password.
