Topic Description: ~Where would one go online for general to specific answers to assorted questions regarding computer issues, website building issues, etc. Does anybody know of a 'one-stop-shop' kind of deal to help newbies learn the ropes, and answer their questions on topics from system use to site design...etc. *** For example...I was recently surfing and came across these two really cool effects: one's the watery effect (water motion/reflection) and another was one page opening into another through a circle in the center of the page. But, since I'm new I don't know how to do it. I wrote and pleasantly asked the site~master and pretty much got the kiss off. I'd like to know where to go to learn that stuff if anyone is willing to E me and share. I doubt it's THAT closely guarded a secret! (least I assume so!). Thanks!

i am pretty new to all this and was wondering if any of you Webmasters would give 10 mins of your time to help me out i need to know how to get a basic text link of this site i am involved in i have spent a lot of time getting this for but this one thing is holding me up i have all me ads ready to go but just can not work out how to get this text link they deal manly in banner but they do have text links but it is a bit beyond me if you can help me will you email me at the tintinman@aol.com thanks daz moly
